Introducción

Quienes pueden practicar crosstraining? En principio, Crosstraining es apto para todo el mundo, ya que cada entrenamiento es escalable. No obstante, como siempre, es recomendable consultar con el médico si es adecuada la práctica de este tipo de ejercicio, sobre todo si se padece alguna enfermedad crónica.

Como es una sesión de Crosstraining ?

Normalmente, las clases de Crosstraining , que duran unos 50-55 minutos, se realizan bajo la supervisión de un entrenador que controla a un grupo formado por no más de 15 personas. El entrenador debe estar titulado a fin de estar capacitado para supervisar cada uno de los ejercicios. Además, el monitor marcará, dirigirá, corregirá y escalará el entrenamiento, si es necesario, y ayudará a registrar los tiempos y las marcas que cada participante vaya alcanzando para poder seguir su evolución.
